The Forest Edge Residence is a modern mountain home designed to feel both commanding and deeply connected to its surroundings. Set against a backdrop of dense woodland, this project blends stone, wood, and glass to create a warm and inviting atmosphere. Expansive decks and large windows open the living spaces to the outdoors, flooding the interiors with natural light and framing captivating forest views. The design marries the rustic strength of stone with a modern, open layout, creating a home that feels both grounded and expansive.
Our Drafting and Visualization Services
We partnered with the project’s lead architect Liz Saunier to refine the initial 3D model and produce a series of high-quality renderings. Using Archicad, we meticulously detailed the model and adjusted design elements to ensure accuracy. This included developing the deck structure, railings, and landscaping to perfectly complement the home’s architectural design.
The final visualizations we created provided a clear and compelling look at the completed residence, helping both the architect and client envision the home in its stunning setting.
